Assistant Marketing Director
WORLDEX G.E.C. COMPANY LIMITED- Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement effective marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with company objectives and target the right audience.
- Create Marketing Materials: Produce or oversee the production of materials such as brochures, newsletters, emails, social media posts, press releases, and advertisements.
- Manage Brand Image: Ensure all external communications and content are in line with the company's brand identity, voice, and values.
- Coordinate with External Vendors: Work with advertising agencies, graphic designers, PR firms, and media outlets to execute marketing initiatives.
- Content Strategy: Develop and manage a content strategy that includes content calendars, messaging frameworks, and promotional materials.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists to ensure positive coverage of the company and its products or services.
- Track Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and customer feedback.
- Crisis Communication: Manage communication strategies in response to any crises or public relations issues that arise.
- Budget Management: Handle the marketing communications budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and efficient use of resources.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align communication strategies with business objectives.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media presence, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Use CRM tools to manage and improve communication with customers, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and trade shows, managing all aspects of communication before, during, and after the event.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or related in exhibition, event or MICE filed.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC).
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns, events, and advertising efforts.
- Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools can be helpful.
- Ability to work with social media tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to write compelling content and craft engaging marketing materials.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams, including designers, copywriters, and PR specialists.
- Experience in working cross-functionally with sales, product, and management teams.
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in adjusting marketing strategies when needed.
- Willingness to keep up-to-date with industry trends, new marketing tools, and digital marketing techniques.
