Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties:
HR Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personal information, attendance, and leave documentation.
- Ensure all HR files comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and internal communications.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Manage the documentation for new hires, including employment contracts, personal files, and induction procedures.
- Ensure a smooth offboarding process, handling exit documentation and ensuring proper clearance procedures are followed.
Compliance and Legal Support:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of documents required for audits or legal compliance checks.
HR Support:
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and ensure timely resolution of requests.
- Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and internal communications.
General Affairs Duties:
Office Administration:
- Assist with the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
- Handle general administrative duties, such as managing office documentation, official letters, and reports.
Document and License Management:
- Manage and renew company licenses, permits, and official documents as required.
- Ensure timely filing and safekeeping of important office and HR-related documents.
