1. Event Sales & Coordination
- Develop and execute a comprehensive event sales strategy for Napha’s outlets.
- Promote and drive sales for in-house events, collaborating with outlet managers and HQ to achieve event revenue goals.
- Handle all event inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and maintain a strong relationship with potential clients and regular guests.
- Manage event size logistics (30 to 100 pax per event) and ensure each outlet hosts 2-3 events per month.
- Work closely with outlet managers and chefs to create unique event offerings and ensure smooth execution.
2. Event Planning & Execution:
- Develop and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for all events, ensuring all details are captured and communicated to the necessary teams.
- Coordinate with chefs to ensure the menu matches the event theme and the guest’s needs.
- Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring that each event meets Napha’s high standards.
- Collaborate with sponsors to create partnerships and integrate their presence into events.
3. Partnerships & External Relations:
- Liaise with shopping centers (such as Empsphere and others) to organize events that benefit both Napha and the venue.
- Maintain relationships with external event vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with the marketing and graphics teams to develop promotional materials and ensure effective event promotion.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and HQ, including finance teams, to manage budgets and event-related financial details.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal communication, ensuring that all departments are aligned with event goals and logistics.
5. Strategy & Promotion:
- Lead the development of event promotional strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to maximize attendance.
- Identify opportunities to host special events that increase brand visibility and revenue, such as holiday-themed events, chef showcases, and collaborations.
- Analyze post-event performance to assess success and areas for improvement.
