Accounting
- Reconcile all bank accounts and cash drawer Z-out on a daily basis
- Issue quotations as requested by other department heads
- Issue tax invoices and receipts as requested by customers
- Record EXP and recheck the account codes
- Record the JV from inventory stock management report
- Record the JV for extraordinary events
- Fix Asset report and control
- Contribute accounts to related companies and reconcile internally
- Keep track of budget reports for each departments
- Report on PNL performance weekly and monthly
Administrative
- General administrative tasks
- Coordinate with the B2B clients and keep reports on notion log
- Maintain and organize work-related files and other documents
- Provide assistance with any task as per the needs of the organization and the management team
- Handle administrative tasks, facilitating inter-branch communication, and contributing to the efficiency of the organization's administrative functions.(contracts, visas, work permits, tax, criminal record checks, and driving licenses etc.)
- Manage stock inventory systems (”Zort x PEAK”)
- Organize and grouping the expenses and their related documents due to Fixed Assets Register Policy
