Head Chef
BUDDY GROUP CO., LTD.- Experience in Thai or European cuisine and fine dining will be an advantage.
- Plan and oversee food preparation and culinary activities, modifying menus or creating new ones that meet quality and profitability standards.
- Estimate food requirements, costs, and manage inventory, ordering, and stocking according to seasonal demand.
- Supervise kitchen staff, provide training and coaching to ensure work quality and food standards.
- Maintain a positive, professional atmosphere with coworkers and customers.
- Ensure compliance with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Set up effective kitchen workflows to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Delegate tasks, supervise kitchen stations, and support team members across all levels.
- Update and calculate food costs for pricing decisions on both existing and new items.
- Organize stock for easy access and minimize waste, while maintaining equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Handle equipment purchases and repairs, and resolve any arising issues or complaints.
- Thai nationality and Foreigner
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Head Chef and experience in managing and running a team.
- Knowledge in high dining experience as well as Special Events.
- Develops special menus based on available food, season and estimated business etc.
- Manages and motivates the kitchen staff.
- Applying service extraordinaire standards and behavior.
- Works well in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Pay good relationship, presentation customer focused.
- Strong Thai & European Cooking experience and have International background
- Ensures employee kitchen prepares quality food.
