• Present and promote the company's products and services to existing and new customers.
(food service channels e.g. Chain restaurants, Catering service, Hotels, or Food Industry.)
• Maintain current customers and expand sales through new potential customers.
• Manage profitability and handle all customer's requests in a timely.
• Report all sales, market situations competitors, and activities accurately to the Food service manager.
• Problem-solving on commercial issues.
• Monitor and control customer payments.
• Control Sales Forecast for accuracy and expenses.
• Coordinate with internal parties and customer operations to fulfill customer needs.
• Regular customer/market visit and report to the Food service manager.
