Sales and Services Coordinator

 Sales & Services Coordinator reports directly to Managing Director and cooperate with Project Engineer

� Cooperate the sales projects with sales team, suppliers and customers

� Receive and summarize the customer�s requirement

� Send inquiry to suppliers in Europe such as Germany, Italy, Spain

� Make quotations for machine and spare parts project

� Coordinate several activities of the projects

� Coordinate planning of machine delivery and installation

� Coordinate machine project from starting production, delivery, installation and warranty.

� Coordinate after-sales services for Services Engineer to install or fix the machines

� Coordinate with suppliers in case of machine problems to find out the solutions

� Send problem solving report to the clients

� Keep the record of services reports

� Make a Preventive Plan (PM) to the clients

� Make a Maintenance Assurance (MA) program to the clients

� Travel to meet the customers in Bangkok and up-country sometimes

• Female, age more than 24 years, Thai nationality

• Good looking and good personality with good mindset

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Science, Marketing, Art-Eng, etc. 

• Able to communicate in English via email every day. Fluent in writing, reading, and speaking English.

• Good skills in communications with people. Able to do multi-tasks under pressure and time limits.

• Careful and meticulous in details of paper works. Able to complete jobs in due time.

• Having at least 1 year experience in machinery businesses for foods & beverages, consumer goods, packaging will be advantage.

• Teamwork skills to cooperate with internal team, suppliers and customers
