Accounting Administrator
KT GLOBAL SERVICES CO., LTD.We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic accounting administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the accounting team. As this role ultimately reports to an Australian company, English Proficiency is a must.
Main Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties to support accounting team.
- Issue invoice, receipt, payroll, and others related documents.
- Email to client regarding accounting such as invoice, payment notification etc.
- Any administrative duties as assigned.
- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree or above.
- Excellent in English skills – Verbal, Writing, and Listening.
- Minimum 1- or 2-years’ experience in a similar position is an advantage.
- Knowledge of a payable and receivable account and accounting-related documents is a must.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft office Skills including Outlook.
- Proven experience in accounting related program Xero, is an advantage.
- Good understanding in accounting process.
- Proven time management and adapting skills.
