Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who specializes in managing Software MES, Robotics, AI and Vision, and IoT projects. The ideal candidate will lead project teams, ensure projects are executed on time and within budget, manage risks and changes effectively, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Project Management

• Develop and oversee project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with established objectives and deliverables.
• Manage risks, identify mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to resolve potential challenges.
• Handle change requests and ensure they are assessed, approved, and implemented without compromising project goals.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).

2 Stakeholder Engagement

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and represent their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.

3 Documentation and Reporting

• Create, manage, and maintain project documents, including but not limited to Project Charters, Project Plans, Risk Registers, Issue Logs, Change Logs, Status Reports, and Project Closure Documents.
• Ensure all project documentation complies with organizational standards and is accessible for future reference.

4 Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and clear communication.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Facilitate meetings, including project kickoffs, status updates, and post-project reviews.

5 Quality Assurance

• Ensure projects meet the required quality standards, including testing and validation for MES, Robotics, AI and Vision, and IoT systems.
• Collaborate with QA teams to establish and maintain high performance and operational standards.

Qualifications:

1 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields. A Master's degree is a plus.

2 Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on Software MES, Robotics, AI and Vision, and IoT projects.

3 Skills:

• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, or Scrum).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Expertise in risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar software.
• Technical understanding of MES, Robotics, AI, and IoT solutions is highly desirable.
