Project Manager / Construction Manager
Job Description
1. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
2. Manage the construction schedule in an effective and efficient manner
3. Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as specifications
4. Managing and monitoring the construction documents, ensure the documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
5. Review the project on a daily basis to ensure that the work is being done as it should be
6. Overseeing quality control
7. Preparing construction reports
8. Reviews site safety plan and job safety analysis in accordance with safety objectives, carryout safety inspections during construction.
Requirement
• Bachelor degree in civil engineering / Architectural
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management
• Understand the design and construction process
• Excellent problem solving skill
