Sales Supervisor
PetroApp Co., Ltd.We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a sales team in achieving domestic market targets.
Overseeing sales operations, presenting and demonstrating products, closing deals, and building strong
customer relationships. Developing and executing sales strategies, providing detailed sales reports, and
ensuring that sales objectives align with the company's overall goals.
Responsibility:
● Manage the sales to hit target in domestic market with the team.
● Present and demonstrate products, services and negotiate and close sales.
● Provide sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.
● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals.
● Maintain accurate records of leads/prospect, pricing, sales and activities by company condition.
● Build relationships with customers, understand their needs and keep up to date on the customer demand.
● Other related tasks.
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
● Proven work experience as sales minimum 5 years.
● Ability to manage team and reach sales target.
● Fluent English listening, written and spoken.
● Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
● Adaptability and a strong work ethic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
● The capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
