Age: 25-35 years old
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience working as a café manager or in the hospitality industry
- Ability to create and design seasonal Bingsu and dessert menus
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related fields
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent management skills, including team management, communication, time management, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as Excel and POS systems like Canvas
- Experience or skills in content creation, photography, and video editing are a plus
