As Finest Future continues its exciting growth, we invite you to join our dynamic team as a Program Consultant in Thailand. In this role, based in Bangkok, you will be the face of our programs to potential clients, playing a key role in driving sales and expanding our presence. We're seeking passionate individuals with strong communication skills, a natural ability to connect, and a drive to showcase the transformative value of our programs. Key Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting our programs effectively.
- Actively engage in lead generation through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Provide clear, comprehensive information about our programs, addressing client inquiries and tailoring solutions to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team in Vietnam to create strategies and materials that highlight our programs’ benefits.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the organization.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Report bi-weekly to the Head of Market and Head of Sales & Marketing on market trends and developments.
- Support sales events and activities, and work closely with Partnership and Marketing to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 200 cold calls monthly.
- Minimum 800 direct messages with leads monthly.
- Minimum 30 physical meetings with prospect customers per month.
- Minimum 5 following up with current sales leads per day.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Education, Trade, or Law.
- Proven track record in sales, ideally in student recruitment or consultative roles in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Thai and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Demonstrated ability in online sales and consultation.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of both independent and team-oriented work.
- Flexibility to handle dynamic priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, with the option for a hybrid work model (office and remote).
