- Take ownership of the computer systems within assigned production cells, providing comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
- Proactively monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Design, develop, and maintain C# programs for cell PC systems, focusing on improving performance, enhancing functionality, and automating tasks.
- Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and develop software solutions to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
- Ensure seamless communication and data exchange between cell PCs and servers, facilitating data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Establish and maintain robust communication links between cell PCs and PLCs (OMRON, KEYENCE, Mitsubishi), enabling real-time process control and monitoring.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of PLC software, collaborating closely with PLC programmers to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize communication between PCs and PLCs.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of PLC-related systems, leveraging your understanding of both computer and automation technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer engineering, Electrical engineering and Mechatronics engineering
- Proven proficiency in C# programming language with experience in developing and maintaining applications.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware components, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Prefer solid understanding of PLC software, particularly OMRON, KEYENCE, and Mitsubishi systems, with experience in PC-PLC integration but not required, the company providing comprehensive training opportunities to develop these skills.
