4.Training พนักงานให้เรียนรู้รายละเอียดในการใช้อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือที่ถูกออกแบบเพื่อใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตได้อย่างถูกต้อง
5.ประสานงานกลุ่มกิจกรรมTPS ภายนอก
6.มีความรู้เฉพาะด้านแต่ละ TPS tools

มีประสบการณ์ด้าน TPS อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
มีความรู้พื้นฐาน TPS/Pull System
มีทักษะการใช้ Excel / Power Point
