- รับโทรศัพท์ ออกบัตรสมาชิก รับและดำเนินการเรื่องการคืนสินค้า ดูแลเรื่องยอดสะสมรางวัล
- ออกใบกำกับภาษี และรับฝากกระเป๋า และงานอื่นๆ เช่น VAT refund การประกาศข้อความเสียง
- การประสานงานสินค้าส่งซ่อม ประสานงานให้กับลูกค้าที่ลืมทรัพย์สินหรือสูญหาย
- รับข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า และรักษาสัมพันธ์อันดีของลูกค้าและแม็คโคร
- เพศ ชาย/หญิง วุฒิปวส. ขึ้นไป
- มี Service mind , ใจเย็น ทำงานบริการได้ดี
