- Responsible for pre-sales consultation of projects, including project analysis, technical communication and solution design;
- Manage end-to-end pre-sales technical support to ensure quality and compliance.
- Industry analysis and competition analysis;
- According to company’s strategy, conduct potential need analysis and produce innovative industry solution.
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work is best practice and in line with client requirements
- Respond to RFI/RFPs and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Collaborate with Product Managers to share client feedback and stay updated on market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunication, or computer science-related;
- At least 2 years’ presales experience in CCTV/enterprise network-related industry, have experience in leading large projects;
- Good communication skills and sense of customer focus
