Sales & Business Development Manager - Sustainability

- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Prepare and present business proposals, negotiations, and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure client needs are met and service delivery is aligned with expectations.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and market research.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on business development performance and market insights.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a field of Engineering or Environment or Energy or Sustainability or any related field in technical or industry
- Excellent in Thailand's mother tongue and able to be and, reading in Thai
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing-related role the business services of industry, such as: sustainability, EGS, Carbon Credit, Carbon Footprint.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience with market research and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
