Responsibilities:
1.Co-operate closely and follow up with customers for the plan and execution of the O&M works at customers’ sites
2.Monitor plant performance on a daily basis and inform customers and service providers for a quick correction in case there is any alarm/fault
3.Arrange and submit reports to customers on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis or as required
4.Search for qualified suppliers/contractors for materials and services to support Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) works
5.Manage and monitor third-party contractors for preventive and corrective maintenance services against customers’ schedules and plans
6.Manage, monitor and control spare parts inventory
7.Provide technical support and recommendation to customers regarding O&M works
8.Prepare tools and safety equipment in compliance with customers’ procedures and policies
9.Attend the meetings of new projects and any related as assignment
10.Supervise Operation and Maintenance (O&M) team
11.Support other O&M works or ad-hoc works as assigned by the supervisor, if required
Qualifications:
1.Must have a recognized bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
1-3 years proven experience in PV solar farm/solar rooftop, solar floating, power plant, O&M, construction or field service
2.Good business English communication skills with a good presentation skill
3.Good command of Ms. Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
4.Advanced troubleshooting skills
5.Familiar with customers and subcontractors’ management for solar project or related field
6.Mature character required with ability to contribute effectively to O&M works ensuring quality deliverables
7.Able to prioritize multiple tasks assigned with good follow-up skill
8.Able to work both in a team environment and individually with a little supervision.
9.Able to focus on important information and identify key details
10.Capable of following guidelines and ensuring efficiency on tasks
11.Able to travel as assigned
