Sales Service Engineer (Solar Energy)

Customer Engagement:

• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.

Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to achieve

Technical Expertise:

• Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to customers and the sales

• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues in a timely manner.

Post-Sales Support:

• Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of products/services.
• Conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and address any
• ongoing issues.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products/services.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and
• technical support issues.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
