Senior Recruitment for Manufacturing in Samut Sakhon Province, Urgent! (เจ้าหน้าที่สรรหาบุคลากร อาวุโส ณ โรงงานจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ด่วน!)

We are seeking a proactive Senior Recruitment to Recruitment Specialist and results-oriented Talent Acquisition specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding the best candidates to help our company grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and define job requirements and qualifications.
• Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to maximize candidate reach and engage passive candidates.
• Build relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruitment networks to establish a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain candidate data and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and HR leadership on recruitment progress.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields or equivalent experiences
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment, experience in a recruitment agency is a plus.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies to attract top talent.
• Good in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and good in Google Mobile Service (GMS) and G Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills with verbal, written and spoken in English and Excellent in Thai language.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Be able to work from Mon to Sat with 6 days per week at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and working at Samut Sakhon Province.
