Sleepwell GroupA Planning Analyst for Mattress in Data & Business Planer (Sleepwell Group) for Mattress Planning, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning manager and senior leadership in developing and implementing strategic plans for the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing data, creating forecasts, and providing insights to help drive decision-making and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in the planning process.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of strategic plans, annual budgets, and periodic forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on performance against targets.
- Support the planning manager in preparing presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the planning process and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities that may impact planning decisions.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to support continuous improvement in planning processes.
- Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate the impact of different assumptions on financial outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, and Mathematics or a related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and financial modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with planning software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
- Be able to work 6 days per week at the factory in Samut Sakhon Province.
