- Support all HR tasks including Recruitment, Benefits & Welfare and Training.
- Support recruitment initiatives by updating the recruitment system and scheduling interviews.
- Support communication to candidates as needed.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
- Organize employee engagement activities such as recognition programs, team-building events, and surveys.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other related fields
- Have good interpersonal skills and be responsible for assigned duties.
- If you have experience in recruitment or recruitment work, it will be given special consideration.
- Have 1-2 years in HR experience.
- Able to use computers and various programs such as Excel and Word.
