Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a team of more than 20 professionals in QA and lab QC functions.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Manage and improve the laboratory and quality systems effectively.
• Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to address quality issues.
• Provide coaching and development to team members to enhance their performance and capabilities.
• Develop and deliver effective presentations regarding quality metrics and findings to stakeholders.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management within the chemical, petrochemical, tire, rubber, or automotive industries.
• Solid knowledge of chemical or refinery laboratory testing procedures.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a large team.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
