Salary Range: 120,000 - 150,000 THB
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company's goals in logistics and port container operations.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets within the logistics and shipping sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the logistics and container terminal sectors.
• Enhance client engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Provide insights that guide pricing strategy and service offerings.
• Lead sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand client base.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor contract compliance and address any issues that arise.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth logistics and terminal operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 experience in logistics, shipping, or container terminal operations.
• Proven track record in business development and client management.
• Extensive pre-existing client database in related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
