Senior Solution Engineer (Presales)
Universal Communication Systems Co., Ltd.- Work closely with sales team to determine solutions to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing features and benefits
- Collaborate with customers to design tailored solutions that fit their requirements
- Proposal Development, preparation of proposals and RFP responses, ensuring they address customer needs effectively
- Analyzing competitor offerings and market positioning to effectively differentiate products and solutions
- Select product and distributor who has expertise and suitable for customers' needs
- Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals including Terms of Reference (TOR)
- If necessary, conduct training sessions for after-sales team members on any specific tools or systems used in the project
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, IT, Computer Sciences or related field
- At least 3 years of working experiences
- Knowledge of complex technologies, cybersecurity, including cloud security and advanced networking architectures
- Proficiency in designing network architectures, including LAN, WAN and SD-WAN solutions
- Knowledge of securing virtual environments e.g. VMware, Hyper-V
- Experienced in solution sales or System Integration business (SI) is preferable
- Good command in English
