• Lead the regulatory compliance function and manage overall compliance operation for the company to ensure all matters are complied with laws, rules, and regulations.
• Be a business partner in terms of legal, compliance and complaints.
• Ensure the Company complies with regulations, policies and standard operating procedures and align with company strategic direction.
• Update laws and regulations that might affect the company strategic direction and organization’s policies.
• Monitor the risk environment and assess the emerging risks through the Business Monitoring process.
• Provide advice on legal and regulatory matters including internal compliance with recommended guidance to business units.
• Design, review and execute legal documents including contracts, agreements, letters and notices.
• Special tasks which will be assigned by the management.
