HR Generalist (Recruitment)
KOI THE (THAILAND) CO., LTD.- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, from screening applicants to arranging interviews and selecting candidates for assigned positions.
- Respond to inquiries and provide initial guidance to job applicants through various channels, such as LineAd, Facebook, phone, and email.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies and channels for sourcing new candidates.
- Design job announcements and publicize open positions across multiple platforms to reach target applicants, while keeping information up-to-date.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of application documents, and explain pre-employment requirements to candidates, such as health checks, orientation schedules, and start dates.
- Coordinate the preparation of employment contracts and documents for new hires.
- Collaborate with the training department to organize new employee orientation and personally deliver HR-related content during orientation sessions.
- Manage training-related documentation and ensure compliance with reporting requirements to relevant authorities.
- Conduct exit interviews to understand reasons for employee resignations and prepare summary reports for management.
- Participate in planning and organizing monthly employee activities to promote team bonding and strengthen the organizational culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and Canva.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
