- Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes and user needs to identify areas for improvement.
- Document business requirements, define project scope and objectives, and align them with the organization's overall business strategies.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
- Assign tasks to developers, ensuring clear communication and expectations for each project.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring that tasks are completed within set deadlines.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business needs and user requirements.
- Provide user training and support to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Good of Project Management knowledge with hands on experience on leading team, planning resources, tracking Project related issues, identifying risks & mitigation and so on
- Strong business process design skills with a solid understanding of ERP, CRM, and POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle complex challenges.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
