Training Specialist - Learning and Development (Fashion Retail)

Facilitate training sessions for all employee levels, ensuring engaging and impactful learning experiences.
Manage training resources and logistics (scheduling, venues, materials) to ensure efficient use of resources.
Track and maintain employee training records, certificates, and attendance for internal and external programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, making necessary improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Stay updated on training trends and best practices.
Coordinate with employees, vendors, and relevant teams for course preparation and payments.
Prepare and submit reports to the Department of Skill Development and present training outcomes and ROI to senior management.
Offer ongoing support and mentoring to help employees apply new skills on the job.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
3+ years of experience in learning and development or training, preferably in retail.
Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
Creative and dynamic, with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); experience in e-learning tools and fashion retail is a plus.
Knowledge of generative AI (preferred).
Ability to manage projects with changing timelines and maintain momentum.
Willingness to travel.
