Present information and provide initial consultations/solutions to business users.
Support user requests based on data analysis for actionable insights.
Support other tasks in the CRM function as assigned.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical background from FMCG or Retail industry would be advantage.
Experience in analyzing CRM data or market research data.
Strong in coding with SQL and Power BI.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
