Customer Relationship Management Officer
PAT Luxury Group- Plan and develop customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create and maintain an up-to-date and accurate customer database
- Design and manage loyalty programs to attract and retain customers.
- Analyze customer data to determine promotions and special offers that meet customer needs
- Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns through various channels such as email, SMS, and social media.
- Monitor and improve customer communications for maximum effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze customer data to understand purchasing behavior and trends.
- Prepare reports and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns, providing suggestions for improvements.
- Work with the IT team to develop and improve CRM systems to meet business needs.
- Train and guide employees on the effective use of the CRM system.
- Coordinate with different teams to provide efficient customer service and respond quickly to customer needs.
- Track and evaluate customer satisfaction, presenting methods for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM or marketing.
- Proficient in data analysis and relevant software, such as Excel.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and manage projects effectively.
