Trainer cum HR

*Have to travel regularly to these areas: Ramayana Water Park, Phuket and Vana Nava Hua Hin.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in providing the best in customer service while directing the team to meet and exceed targets
• Ensure that the sites are optimal for daily operations
• Accountable for the achievement of top line and bottom line targets
• Oversee the operations and sales performance of all the sites
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the site by complying with legal’s and partner’s requirements
• Train and guide team members (site level) to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service
• Coach and develop team members on sales and upselling techniques
• Ensure skills and techniques learnt from training sessions are disseminated to ground staff
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment
• Administer on-boarding and off-boarding process
• Prepare HR letters and ensure Pfile folders are up to date
• In-charge of uniform inventory and other ad hoc administrative duties

• Possess a Degree in Business Management or Human resources or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Min. 3 years’ experience in a leadership role in retail operations
• Able to commit on weekends and public holidays
• Long standing hours and shift work is expected
• Incumbent is expected to travel frequently within Thailand
