Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Services:
- Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding PR value for clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining consistent communication to ensure satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions to meet their goals.
2. Media Relations:
- Build strong relationships with local and international media, journalists, and influencers.
- Handle media requests, including inquiries and interview coordination.
- Develop and manage media lists and databases to ensure up-to-date contacts.
- Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Monitor and generate media coverage to create comprehensive PR value reports.
3. Content Strategy:
- Assist in creating and implementing content strategies across all channels, including offline, online, social media, and influencer partnerships.
- Work with creative professionals, such as graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers, to produce engaging communication materials.
4. Strategic Communication Planning:
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand reputation and align with business objectives.
- Plan and manage campaigns, analyze their performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Implement and manage PR activities in accordance with the overall PR plan.
5. Event Management: coordinate press events, media briefings, product launches, and other PR activities.
6. Support crisis communication efforts to mitigate potential reputation risks.
7. Digital PR & social media: Monitor and manage the company’s digital presence across various platforms.
8. Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and analyze media coverage to prepare detailed performance reports.
- Measure PR campaign effectiveness and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
