Business Development Assistant(Speak English)
Sinohydro (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.(hubei Team)1. Document Management: Responsible for the filing, filing and preservation of documents of the marketing department, ensuring the integrity and easy search of relevant documents.
2. Meetings and Schedules: Coordinate and arrange various meetings of the marketing department, keep meeting records, and follow up on the implementation of meeting decisions. Manage the schedule of the person in charge of the marketing department and arrange work plans reasonably.
3. Communication : Act as an information bridge within the department and between other departments to ensure that various notices, documents, and instructions can be communicated in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Data collection and Reporting: Collect and organize market research data and other relevant information, and assist in the preparation of market analysis reports.
6. Reimbursement: Assist the marketing department with reimbursement.
7. Administrative Management: Handle daily administrative affairs, such as office supplies procurement, business trip arrangements, conference venue reservations, etc.
8. Other support: Provide various temporary support work according to the needs of the marketing department, including assisting cross-departmental collaboration and other tasks. The core of this position is to provide comprehensive support for the operation of the marketing department to ensure that all work of the department is carried out in an orderly and efficient manner.
1. Educational background: -Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration and electrical engineer (advantage) and other related majors.
2. Work experience: Fresh graduates or those with internship or work experience in marketing, administration or related positions.
3. Skill requirements:
3.1 Communication skills: Good in written and communication skills, able to effectively coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.
3.2 Data analysis skills: Possess certain data analysis skills, be able to process market research data, make reports and provide analysis support.
3.3 Organization and coordination skills: Able to arrange and coordinate market activities, with good time management and multitasking skills.
3.4 Copywriting skills: Able to write marketing promotional copy, press releases and other documents.
3.5 Software skills: Proficient in office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and those who can use design or data analysis software (such as Photoshop, SPSS, etc.).
3.6 Language skills: Good in English for communication.
