- Collect and analyze need of organization based on company policy
- Establish HRD strategy and development plan
- Collaborate with all division to monitor development plan
Employee Engagement
- Design and deliver workforce engagement strategy
- Ensure that development and delivery of effective engagement tools are generate and maintained to ensure effectiveness
Training
- Set up training need survey to identify training needs
- Establish training plan in accordance with training needs and business objective
- Monitor and develop training course for both in-house and external training
- Evaluate result of training program and generate training report
- More than 15 years of direct experience in training and development
- At least 5 years in management level
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Fluent in English
- Expert in implementing OD Tool such as KPI/OKR, Career Planning or Successor Planning
