Technician Support Engineer

Technical Support

• Oversee technical support team to ensure timely and effective troubleshooting of customer issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance management system for heavy machinery to enhance reliability and performance.
• Provide expert advice and solution for complex machinery - related problems.

Customer Service Excellence

• Ensure customer expectation are met or exceeded by delivering high-quality support and service.
• Work closely with customers to identify and resolve technical issues, fostering long-term relationships.
• Manage escalated customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead and mentor a team of engineer and technical staff, ensuring continuous development and high performance.
• Conduct training program to enhance technical skills, safety awareness, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within team.

Strategic Planning and Optimization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for warranty and post-sales optimization.
• Analyze service data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Support adoption of emerging technologies in heavy machinery maintenance and service.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related filed (Master's degree preferred) 
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical support or maintenance of heavy machinery with at least 5 years in managerial role.
• Proven track record in customer service and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• leadership and team management skill, including mentoring and training team member.
