Material Controller
GPV Asia (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
Prime Function:
1. Check material status against to customer demand.
2. Make sure that material will be in house to support production in the right time.
3. Coordinate with Program manager to make sure that customer’s requirement is fulfilled.
4. Coordinate with planner and relevant departments to inform material status.
Responsibility:
1. Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
2. Ensure that you have been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace
3. Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules.
4. Prepare all materials status to be information for concerned section planner, buyer, and program
manager.
5. Review and confirm work order loaded of customer's requirement cover demand 6-8 weeks.
6. Coordinates & expedites the placement of purchase orders and/or delivery of material with buyer.
7. Expedites receiving & shipment to clear urgent part to serve production plan.
8. Coordinate with project coordinator /Production planner to inform material issued.
9. Monitors, analyzes all material data for release route card /picking list for kitting material.
10. Raise up potential problem of raw material to planner and program manager.
11. Co-ordinate with buyer or requester for consign raw material to external party.
12. Serve program manager for all customer requirements.
13. Initiates and assist to get better improvement of material performance.
14. Initiates replacement orders for lost damaged or discrepant items.
Qualification (Education/ Work experience/ Skill):
1. Male/Female,
2. bachelor’s degrees in any filed. Major in management or manufacturing are plus.
3. Good command in English, written and spoken skills.
4. Good knowledge in computer skills.
5. Able work under pressure, proactive and logic thinking.
6. Good interpersonal skills and well done in teamwork.
