QA Manager (Lumphun)

• You develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• You investigate and record quality non-conformances and take the lead in root cause analysis and support/trigger corrective action in joint with the relevant departments. In addition, you ensure that all relevant safety regulatory requirements are met at BT.
• The Manager of the QA&S-Department reports directly to the Managing Director, BT and is an active member of the Management Team of BT.an active member of Management team of the company. This position will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.
• The job holder provides leadership to more than 40 Quality related staff at BT in Lamphun and the Branch office in Samut Prakan, works in close collaboration with the QMR group of BERNINA International (BI) in Steckborn, Switzerland and gives guidance to the Quality related functions in our Bernina Taiwan Representative Office.

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality is required, additional training or experience in the field Supplier Quality Assurance , TQM.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control as of 5+ years at a senior level in a leading position of a multinational company. Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar certification is an advantage.
• Profound experience in leading a diverse team and in forming a strong self-driven organization.
• Fluent in Thai and English is a must, additional languages beneficial.
• Computer: MS-Office , ability to work with ERP system (ideal MS-AX) and PLM system (ideal Siemens Team Center) and CAQ software
• Good know-how on Mechanical dimensioning, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
• The ability to make considered decisions and to communicate them effectively.
• Agile leadership and teamwork qualities, analytical, dynamic, enthusiastic, process enhancement , organizational skills and hands-on
• Competent in Safety requirements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential and self-motivation to work in Lumphun ((Northern Region Industrial Estate) .
