- Preparation of Litigation document on whether as Plaintiff or Defendant
- Draft Plaint and/or Appeal including all writs and any other documents required by law
- Provide Legal Memorandum based on the disputes including provide solution and strategy plan on defending the case
- Advise or give consultation for all and any legal issues for any divisions
- Provide Litigation Report including Account Receivable to Management and any other related divisions
- Draft and review corporate agreements, contracts and other relevant documentations both in Thai and English for other departments and subsidiaries
- Give legal opinion and advice to support all business units and management
- Monitor and update litigation case
- Coordinate with an external lawyer or other relevant entities where applicable
- Male
- Bachelor’s degree in law or higher
- Having a lawyer license
- 1- 3 year experience in legal consulting firm
- At least 1 years of litigation experience, including pleading, discovery and trial preparation
- Must be energetic, resourceful, pro-active and eager to learn
- Possesses strong and wide ranges of core legal knowledge
- Good personality with business mind
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office
- Staff training and development
