- Primary Responsibilities:
- Priority for procurement of permanent assets, IT assets, and office equipment if procurement software and SAP are used.
- Asset management tasks such as registration, inventory, disposal, and others, including the ability to learn how to use asset inventory systems.
- Office space maintenance and office amenities management.
- Coordinating maintenance, negotiating service costs, and comparing prices of various materials.
- Supporting amenities and facilitating tasks for employees working in a hybrid setup.
- Document verification and contract preparation for service agreements.
- Supporting the team's full capabilities without the need for requests.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to convey complex information in a comprehensible manner.
- Active listening skills to understand and address employee concerns.
- Astute emotional intelligence to navigate interpersonal relationships.
- Non-judgmental and empathetic approach in handling diverse employee emotions.
- Adept at conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
- Analytical prowess to dissect problems and propose innovative solutions.

- Having knowledge and understanding of workplace safety, occupational health, and environmental conditions will be considered a plus.
- Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend work based on mutual agreement.
