Manufacturing Learning and Development Team Leader
NXP Manufacturing (Thailand) Ltd.- Manage all the training for DLs employee since start new hire with orientation processes, training for specific job requirements as well as certification and annual certification process.
- Own all Course and Less Plan so call CLP for all manufacturing jobs by creating new CLP , update CLP and ensure that all the particular cases such as incident case , CQC case will be include in training documents.
- Keep a close work with organization to understand ‘Needs’ , building competency matrix and take the lead in developing appropriate training courses.
- Design and develop training materials and programs that align with the organization’s goals and objectives
- Develop the annual master plan for people development including training efficiency improvement.
- Arrange, organize and ensure all the training course will be arranged according to annual master plan.
- Track and report on training metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs
- Continuously evaluate and improve training materials to ensure they meet the needs of the learners
- Leader of “Employee skill development” supporting Department of Skills Development (Laksi) , (Law requirement).
- Establish and run through Total Quality Master plan for Total Quality development for all levels in ATBK. Cultivate, Promotes and support Total Quality. Drive and grow quality culture in ATBK
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of manufacturing development such as Engineering, education and training
- 5+ years of experience related to manufacturing and/or people development
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theory and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with e-learning tools or other training technologies is a plus
