Role Overview

As an Engineering Manager at TOPGUN, you will be responsible for overseeing our core products. Despite some of our systems and infrastructure being outdated, we are committed to developing the most advanced technology infrastructure. In this role, you will lead a team of software engineers to develop world-class products, driving changes in infrastructure and work processes as needed. Our startup culture encourages experimentation with new technologies, providing a dynamic work environment. We are looking for someone young and eager to drive change and create a lasting impact. While the road ahead may be challenging, we seek a leader who can navigate and lead this transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of software engineers to deliver products with engineering excellence that meet user needs.
• Guide and mentor software engineers to support their professional growth.
• Oversee complete applications end-to-end, including UI, API, database, and infrastructure.
• Proactively identify and implement necessary changes in assigned codebases, product areas, and systems.
• Analyze and optimize efficiency, scalability, and stability across system resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability.
• Exceptional communication and collaborative skills.
• Initiative and a passion for driving change.
