HOYA LENS THAILAND LTD.RX Customer Service Staff (shift ) : Able to work as 12-hour shift pattern (Both Morning shift and Night shift)
HOLT RX Customer service staff is responsibilities & supporting all customer and Global Key Accounts in Americas; Europe; Japan and APAC. He/She will communicate and cooperate with customers; GKA team and HOLT organization to fulfill customer satisfaction; run business and projects smoothly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate/Communicate in English with US/EMEA/JAPAN/APAC teams
• Coordinate/Investigate a customer complaint and feedback the actions to reach customer satisfaction.
• Supporting the customer requisition and work with internal to meet their needs
• Monitoring on service level and fast customer communication
