Position : Business Development ( Asst. Manager )
Job responsibilities;
- Business Planning / Management Accounting
- Rolling forecast and variance analysis (Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance)
- Feasibility study and project/program analysis
- Risk Management supporting on M&A process
Job Scope - Accounting Part
1.1 Adopting and applying knowledge of fundamental of consolidation skill to create or implement the worksheet of financial information package to request the financial information from the subsidiaries
1.2 Gathering the related-parties transaction among the TOAVH Group
1.3 Gathering and combining the details of the group financial data to provide timely analysis for decision making and planning for Corporate finance manager
1.4 Preparing the financial data to support and coordinate with external auditor - Financial Analysis Part
2.1 Comparing and evaluating previous budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.
2.2 To provide reliable and timely analysis for decision making and planning for the Corporate finance manager and preparing the detailed financial analysis such as Sales Growth Analysis, Price Analysis, Trade Spending Analysis, Margin Analysis, Non-Variable Overhead Analysis etc.
2.3 Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities (Cost improvement).
2.4 Coordinating with Head of finance, Finance Team of other countries to collect financial data and plan the following statements with comprehensive analysis.
2.6 Develop the financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives (Feasibility study).
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Accounting or finance field or related field
- Minimum of 5-10 years professional work experience in related environment
- Has experience in group company
- Has experience in consolidation of financial information as fundamental
- Has the knowledge of statement of financial position, statement of income, statement of cashflow.\
- Initiative and creation skill
- Need Fundamental of Taxation
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skill
- Dynamic and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Need Presentation skill and good communication (Presentation and Preparation of handout)
