monitoring and customers coordination for related data analytic and prediction together with digital
innovation technology projects to EME/S engineer upon the agreed project assignment which include,
but do not limit to, the area as listed below.
3.1 Administrative Scope
3.1.1 Provide administrative work supporting data analytic and prediction together with digital
innovation project execution and implementation.
Provide EMI portfolio project status tracking.
Progress update and report out package preparation.
Provide monthly cost avoidance and cost reduction summary report.
3.2 Project execution Scope
3.2.1 Provide power BI dashboard development and administration.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide key insights and data
visualizations.
Manage publishing of dashboards in Power BI as a workspace administrator.
3.2.2 Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development and Administration
Design, develop, and maintain RPA solution (Power Automate / UI Path) to provide
the data transformation.
Manage publishing of RPA solution as a cloud flow administrator.
Liaise and Act as the primary technical contact with the PTT Digital team to
troubleshoot and coordinate solutions for system errors. (BluePrism)
3.2.3 Development of PI Vision Graphics and PI AF development
Design and implement graphics in PI Vision to facilitate real-time monitoring and data
visualization.
Ensure graphics are user-friendly and aligned with operational needs.
Develop and implement simple PI AF feature supporting maintenance team conditionbased
activity.
3.3 Technical Support, System Monitoring and Customer Coordination Scope
3.3.1 Provide Daily, Weekly System Monitoring and Alert Management
Actively monitor and review daily alerts generated by system processes.
Provide initial response to alerts, investigating potential causes, and documenting
findings for each alert.
Weekly retrieve PDMS data via excel by manual refreshing.
3.3.2 System Technical Coordination and Troubleshooting
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system errors, such as issues with file
formatting or data integration.
Act as the primary technical contact to troubleshoot, diagnose, and coordinate solutions
for system errors.
3.3.3 Verification and Notification Management for Equipment monitoring
Verify issues, determine necessary actions, and issue notifications as needed to address
and resolve system alerts.
Coordinate with the front-end team and designated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to
communicate updates and action items promptly.
Model Maintenance and Updates: Periodically retrain and update the model to improve
accuracy and relevance in response to evolving data patterns and operational needs.
3.3.4 Digital and innovation technical competency
Create training resources, including video tutorials and user manuals, to support
application usage and troubleshooting.
Provide technical knowledge training related to Power BI, UiPath RPA, Power
Automate and Basic data analytic coding.
3.4 Data foundation preparation and external stakeholder coordination.
3.4.1 Coordination with PDMS team, PI Team, GCP team, PTT Digital team for
GCP&APM Integration
Liaise with the PI team to request and track the addition of new PI tags to Google Cloud
Platform (GCP) environments.
Liaise with the PDMS team to request and track the addition of new WHP/SL tags to
PDMS and APM environments.
Ensure integration aligns with system and reporting requirements.
