Sales Executive
Zyxel (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.- Initial sales with potential customer over the phone.
- Presenting, promoting and selling the products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Expand business opportunities by developing new potential customer and existing customer with company’s marketing tools.
- Tracking and evaluate data or problem with closely collaborate with team to enhance customer’s satisfaction.
- Analyze market situation and creative an initial activity with pro-active action plan plus to get sales promotion related business and feedback from customers.
- Summarized sales daily and weekly report.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Age not over 30 years old, Thai nationality.
- Bachelor/Diploma/High Vocational Certificate.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Telesales/Customer Services in IT/Network product (open for new graduate)
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Good in communication and interpersonal skill.
