· A high level of spoken and written English is a must.
· Age between 25 – 35 years.
· Previous experience of 2 years in sales/customer service or working in the hotel or travel industry is required (applications from new graduates or people without relevant experience won’t be considered).
· Customer-service minded.
· Able to work full time.
· Hardworking, responsible, and able to take care of customers independently while still being part of the sales team.
· A third language such as Spanish, Italian, German, or French is required.
· Computer literate: Excel & Outlook, Internet, etc, as 90% of the work is with the computer.
