- Responsible for setting quality KPI targets of the production team to achieve goals on time and Report on production topics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the manager.
- Oversee all aspects of the production process, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery, ensuring timeline and cost-effective manufacturing operations to meet the OEE target.
- Lead and manage a team of production supervisors and operators, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive productivity and efficiency and implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Constantly identify ways to reduce plant operating costs.
- Responsible for reasonable arrangement of overtime hours of each department, improving manufacturing methods, improving production efficiency, reducing production cost.
- Responsible for maintaining, upgrading, production equipment to ensure the line efficiency.
- Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating measuring instruments.
- Responsible for new product testing, new technology, new equipment production application, optimize production cost.
- Responsible for the management and analysis of production database and report to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance, to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
- Any additional assignment from line manager.
