- Understand the housing products and learn more about what makes Ananda’s Housing Products unique and appealing to customers.
- Provide customers with information on Ananda’s Housing Products that match their needs via walk-in, phone, Line, online, etc.
- Present current on-going promotions and support to explain payment methods to customers to better influence their decision.
- Track and follow up on all customer’s statuses from first contact until the transfer’s process is completed.
- Keep good relationship with customers for potential referral or new business with them in the future.
- Maintain reports and record data used in sales function (weekly, monthly, quarterly) such as conversion rate, customer status tracking, customer contact tracking, etc.
- Handling unanticipated situations with politeness and skill.
- Other job assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales with Real Estate’s housing business.
- Have a keen interest in Real Estate, especially housing products.
- Passionate about Sales and understand how to close deal with customers.
- Great communication skill, interpersonal skill and always keep a professional impression.
- Must be able to travel to the assigned projects.
- Understanding of loan and financing, especially for Real Estate Housing products will be an advantage.
